Thank you for choosing Sasta Bazar. We strive to deliver your favorite ethnic wear as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.
1. Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver all domestic orders within 5 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Quality check & packaging).
- Transit Time: 3-5 business days (Depending on your location).
*Please note: Working days exclude Sundays and Public Holidays.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer competitive shipping rates across India:
- Prepaid Orders: Enjoy discounted or FREE shipping (as indicated at checkout).
- COD Orders: A nominal Cash on Delivery handling fee may apply to cover additional courier partner costs.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this link to monitor your package in real-time. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, all COD orders undergo a verification call or WhatsApp message. Orders will only be dispatched once confirmed by the customer. Unconfirmed COD orders will be cancelled after 48 hours.
5. Courier Partners
We partner with India's most reliable logistics providers, including Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, and Ecom Express, to ensure your sarees reach you in perfect condition.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather, regional restrictions, or courier peak seasons. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days, please contact us immediately.
