Return & Refund Policy

At Sasta Bazar, we take pride in the quality of our ethnic wear. Every piece is checked before dispatch to ensure you receive the best. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.

1. Return Window

We offer a 48-hour return/exchange notification window. You must report any issues (damages, stains, or wrong items) within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.

Note: Customized products (stitched blouses, custom sizing) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. Damage & Wrong Items (Mandatory Unboxing Video)

To protect our customers and our business, we require an unboxing video for all damage claims. Please film the opening of your package from start to finish. If the product is damaged or the wrong item was sent, email us at info.ecommercehammad@gmail.com with the video attached.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Handling Fees: Please note that for "change of mind" returns (where allowed), a 40% handling/restocking fee may apply to cover platform and payment gateway charges.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via as Store Credit. You will be asked to provide your bank details securely via our official support email.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
